What a magical day of shooting!
Megan reached out to me about doing a couples shoot with her boyfriend who happened to be one of the wide receivers on the dolphins. I saw him plenty of times on the field and occasionally around the facility but never had a real chance to talk to him.
After he found out about the shoot he contacted me and we chatted more about his plan and vision. We decided to keep planning the shoot as is, a normal couples shoot for fun with an interesting twist at the end. His plan was to pop the questions and ask Megan to marry him by the end of the session. I was super excited about making this happen! We went weeks planning ideas, outfits, and themes until we landed on doing a fun in-home session.
Let me tell you! These two are some of the weirdest, most energetic couple I’ve met in a long time. Shooting them were a breeze! They both owned the space and it didn’t hurt that they were so in love… oh and that they couldn’t take their hands off each other, haha.
We started at their apartment in Davie then move around the corner to a palm tree farm where we got some extra shots until the big moment! Capturing his proposal was a super awesome experience and was so honored and thrilled to be a part of it. Cheers to the newly engaged couple and super stoked for their future together!
